A stunning red, black, and beige voile cotton saree featuring the Kashmiri Red Deer, one of India’s most endangered animals, brought to life through traditional handblock printing.
Part of our Endangered Edit, this saree combines a warm red base with contrasting black and handblock printed Kashmiri Red Deer motifs. Handblock printed in Bagru using natural dyes, each saree carries the subtle variations that make handmade textiles distinctive.
The Endangered Edit draws attention to India’s threatened wildlife through textile design, with each piece produced in limited quantities.
NO BLOUSE.
WASH CARE
Hand wash at home using gentle detergent. Do not scrub. Dry in shade. Natural dyes tend to bleed for the first few washes until the excess dye is removed. Wash similar colours together.
ABOUT
Our Bagru sarees are handblock printed in the town of Bagru, Rajasthan. Every saree is printed by hand using carved wooden blocks and either azo-free or natural dyes, on natural fibers. The Endangered Edit is a collection inspired by India's endangered wildlife.
